The Philips Xenium X818 smartphone has been released in Russia.

The Philips Xenium X818 is the latest smartphone from the Dutch company Philips with a metal frame and decent specifications.

The Philips Xenium X818 comes with antimicrobial coating along with oleophobic coating. It is equipped with SoftBlue technology that reduces the blue light from the display without affecting the quality. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box with a customized user interface.

The Philips Xenium X818 has a 5.5-inch full high-definition IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 chipset clocked at a speed of 2.0 GHz and coupled with Mali T860 MP2 graphics processing unit.

The Philips Xenium X818 comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory that can be further expanded with the use of a microSD card slot. It is equipped with a physical home button that is integrated with a fingerprint scanner along with the on-screen navigation buttons.

The Philips Xenium X818 features a 16-megapixel camera at the back with phase detection autofocus and dual-tone LED flash. It also comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with built-in beauty modes. It measures 153.5 x 76 x 6.95 mm in dimension with a weight of 167.5 grams.

The Philips Xenium X818 is packed with a 3900 mAh battery which can provide up to 11 hours of talk time and last for 456 hours on standby mode. It comes with a power-saving mode and Philips' X power technology that can provide 10 percent additional battery life.

The Philips Xenium X818 supports dual SIM dual standby with a hybrid SIM slot. Other connectivity options of the device are Bluetooth v4.1, USB Type-C port, Cat. 6 LTE, and Wi-Fi. It is available in champagne gold color with a price tag of $370 (around Rs. 25,500 or 23,990 Rubles).
