"Street Fighter 5" will feature Metro City in a latest gameplay match video and a new beta test for the sequel very soon.

Capcom's beta version of "Street Fighter 5" a new update for gamers in the PlayStation 4 console as the new update is at a huge 3GB download and earning the name version 1.08. Several gaming fans speculated that Capcom could be a conducting another beta test for "Street Fighter 5" very soon making the fourth time for the sequel, Gamespot reported.

So far the version 1.08 update for "Street Fighter 5" has not been added into the Steam for the PC platform, but it will be a matter of time before PC users will getting the latest beta test soon. Capcom has not given any details regarding its latest features and improvements, seeing as the game's launch date draws near next month.

Aside from the latest beta test update, a new stage for "Street Fighter 5" has been added as Metro City is being featured in a new gameplay video. Metro City is best known in the arcade brawler "Final Fight" which also developed by Capcom as its characters like Guy, Cody, Poison, Hugo and Mike Haggar were added in the "Street Fighter" franchise.

The gameplay video also feature "Street Fighter 3's" Alex in the background, possibly alluding to possibility that he will be added into "Street Fighter 5" as one of its DLC characters along with Urien, Ibuki, Guile, Juri and Balrog. However, it is not confirmed yet if the stage is really Metro City or a part of New York as it will depend on Capcom's decision if they named it as another place or Metro City, EventHubs reported.

Capcom representative Kouichi Sugiyama stated that they will put in real work on "Street Fighter 5's" storyline as they want to establish its continuity properly, as well as the relationships of each fighter in the game.

The game's roster will consist of Ryu, Chun-Li, Charlie Nash, M.Bison, Birdie, Cammy White, Ken Masters, Vega, R.Mika, Karin Kanzuki, Zangief and Dhalsim. The sequel will also introduce new faces debuting the franchise such as Necalli, Rashid, Laura and F.A.N.G., while other fan favorites like Sagat and Blanka could be added in the second wave of DLC characters as game creator Yoshinori Ono stated they have a five-year plans for the game.

"Street Fighter 5" will officially launch on Feb. 16 in North America and Feb. 18 in Japan for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
