ChampOne C1 4G Smartphone With Fingerprint Scanner and 2GB RAM Launched in India for $7

The ChampOne C1 4G smartphone with a fingerprint scanner and a 2 GB of RAM has been launched in India for $7 (approximately Rs. 501).

According to Phone Radar, the ChampOne C1 has a 5-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz. It comes with a 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of onboard internal storage, which can be expanded up to 64 GB with a microSD card.

The ChampOne C1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Mali 400 GPU. It is packed with a 2500 mAh Li-Po battery. It features a proximity sensor, and an accelerometer. The device supports dual-SIM cards.

The ChampOne C1 features an 8-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash, photo timer, and 720p high-definition recording at 30 frames per second. It also features a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

The connectivity options of ChampOne C1 include 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS, EDGE, FM radio, Wi-Fi, and micro-USB 2.0 port. The device is available in gold, silver, and white color.

The ChampOne C1 would be priced at $7 only for the duration of the sales promotion, BGR reported. The massive discount is open to a few customers who are lucky to partake in the first flash sale for the device. Once it hits the market, the device would cost about $119 (Rs. 8000).

Registration for the first flash sale of the ChampOne C1 in India started on August 22. For post-registration, users have to log in at www.champ1india.com on the day of the flash sale (Sept. 2). This offer is available only for cash on delivery.
