(Photo : YouTube) Rumor has it that "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" Alpha might not just be limited to PC but will be available to Xbox One, and PS4.

"Star Wars: Battlefront 2" will soon be getting an Alpha to all platforms as well as Beta that will be available this fall. This is according to a post by EA Community Manager Matthew Everett in the game's official forum on June 22.

Everett who also goes by the name Sledgehammer70 in the forum posted an instruction if players encounter a bug or issue on the game's alpha. He then provided a template on how to report, and one of the categories indicates if players are playing on PS4, Xbox One or PC.

The post can no longer be found but a reddit user called CaptainPhantasma21 has managed to capture a screenshot of it, WCCFTech reported. The 2015 "Star Wars: Battlefront" had an Alpha with only selected PC players who were able to try out the game first, however, it seems like the players with PS4 and Xbox One can also get a chance to play the upcoming shooter game's Alpha.

In a separate report, the publication points to the "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" Origin store page revealing tons of information about the upcoming shooter game, including the game's Beta that will be happening this fall. Players who want an early access of the beta will have to pre-order any edition of the game, but there are still free downloadable contents for everyone in the form of seasons.

Those who own the game will have access to the same iconic characters, join planetary conflicts, maneuver sleek starfighters, and participate epic space battles. This starts with the upcoming "Star Wars: The Last Jedi Season" in December, where players will have access to Finn, Captain Phasma, the new planet Crait, and many more.

"Star Wars: Battlefront 2" is developed by EA DICE in collaboration with Motive Studios and Criterion Games. It will launch on November 17th on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
