(Photo : YouTube) ASUS ZenFone AR will soon dominate the tech stalls of Canada and other regions. However, despite its promising features, Samsung, HTC, and Apple are not affected by the market move.

The Zenfone AR will be the first mobile device that will cater to both augmented and virtual reality with 8GB of RAM to support these features smoothly, giving users superb experience through a lightweight and compact phone.

Asus' vision is to deliver maximum AR/VR experience to their consumers. The Asus Zenfone AR is packed with design, display, processing, storage, and camera features that will match big names in the mobile phone industry.

The Asus Zenfone AR is not an all-metal device. However, the faux-leather texture made of plastic casing has a premium feel.  It comes with a weight of 170 grams and thickness of nine millimeters.

The 5.7-inch display is made of Super AMOLED panel in 2560 x 1440 resolution. It has a pixel density of 515-pixel-per-inch. It also comes with Quad HD.

The Asus Zenfone AR is expected to come with the Nougat version of Android OS. It will be packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor in optimized level. It comes with 8GB of RAM, which is reasonable since it needs to run AR/VR features smoothly.

Zenfone AR will also have Asus' very own TriCam system. As the name applies, the camera will have three sensors to deliver maximum capture experience. It has a 23 megapixels camera as a primary capture device. The other two are meant for depth sensing and motion tracking.

The device comes with a 3,300 mAH battery. However, the QuickCharge 3.0 feature may be able to compensate for the battery issues users may encounter in the future.

The Asus Zenfone AR is expected to be released in the market anytime around the second quarter of this year. Asus has not released any information about the price or release date of its latest smartphone, but it is expected to hit the market soon.
