"Grand Theft Auto 6" or "GTA 6" is already dubbed as the next masterpiece from Rockstar Games even before it comes into existence. So far, the developer has not officially said anything concrete about the sixth title and keeps the game's development a secret until now, free from leaks and all that stuff.

It's no longer a question of whether "GTA 6" is in fact coming or not but it's more of when. Rockstar Games has been acclaimed for excellence in video game development and wants to keep it that way as possible as it can.

With "Red Dead Redemption 2" getting the studio's full attention makes a much longer for the next GTA game to see the light of day. This is at least the prediction of longtime gaming analyst, Michael Pachter, who foresees that this AAA title won't be around anytime soon and the release date is still a long way off.

What he sees on his radar is that "Grand Theft Auto 6" will be pushed farther for a 2024 release window that now indicates a 10-year interval between "GTA 5" and "GTA 6", based on the pace of things at Rockstar Games. If in any case, his predictions turn out to be a reality, it will be the longest time for players to wait for the franchise's next title.

While another seven years of waiting could be excruciating for loyal GTA players, it could be the case given how the developer continues to provide additional support in the form of superfluous updates from time to time. This has kept millions of players hooked still on "GTA 5".

After almost four years after the release of current title, the gaming community is still completely engrossed with the game, with a host of activities seen on online platforms like Reddit. It proves how the game stays increasingly popular until now and perhaps, it will continue to hold until the very day that they can get their hands on "GTA 6".
