New updates for "Street Fighter 5" will feature five returning characters as DLCs and an offline ranking system leaked.

It seems that new rumors are making rounds regarding an offline ranking system in "Street Fighter 5." Twitter username Kevin BurnoutFighter tweeted a photo of the the icon during the E3 2017 event and it was only featured in the versus player mode in "Street Fighter 5."

Considering that new costumes for Ibuki, R. Mika and Charlie Nash in "Street Fighter 5" were available at E3 and not in the current home version, it confirms that a newer build is being used at E 32017 and that the icon could be hinting at something new for the sequel soon.

In other news, it seems that new characters will be coming in "Street Fighter 5's" season 3 DLC and most likely in the rumored updated version, "Super Street Fighter 5."

According to Reddit username Rikurikumore, a bunch of notes about the "Street Fighter 5's" second and third season of content, as well as this Super update have leaked online. The Super update was described as a free expansion and will be free for existing owners.

Outside of a UI overhaul, the update adds arcade mode, extra battle mode, and a PvE mode against the Illuminati. "Super Street Fighter 5" will also expand on the game’s mechanics and add new Critical Arts will be introduced in the sequel.

Reddit user added that that the remaining character in "Street Fighter 5" season 2 are Abigail, Menat and Zeku, while season 3 will feature six characters in the form of Sagat, Sakura, Oro, C. Viper, Q, and Necro.

Lastly, Capcom will likely announce the launch date "Super Street Fighter 5" at the conclusion of this year’s Capcom Cup, which is likely next year in the PlayStation 4 and PC.

Capcom has not yet made a response regarding the leaked information from the Reddit user, and will likely address the matter soon.

"Street Fighter 5" is currently available on the PS4 and PC platforms.
