On June 10, Oppo had announced the first Snapdragon 660 driven smartphone. Today, the smartphone has been made available for purchase in China.

The Oppo R11 was officially listed for registrations on Oppo's store almost a week ahead of its official launch.. The listing stated the press conference is scheduled for June 10 and the company will soon update the product page of Oppo R11.The listing has been update and its now available for buying, The Android Soul reported.

The Oppo R11 sports a 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. As mentioned above, it is the first smartphone to come packed with Snapdragon 660 chipset. The has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.

Oppo R11 is now available on sale in China

Itl features a dual camera with the LED flash positioned on the left corner at the top of the back panel. It includes a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 20-megapixel telephoto lens. The smartphone is capable of capturing images with bokeh effect. Through this feature, users can take photos by focusing only on the subject and blurring the background. It also features a 20-megapixel front shooter.

The smartphone is loaded with Android 7.1 Nougat customized with company's own Color OS. It includes a 3,000 mAh capacity battery. The listing reveals shows that OPPO R11 comes in color variants of Gold, Rose Gold and Black. There is another color variant called Heat Red which is sold in collaboration with Guerlain, a cosmetic brand from France. The Oppo's new smartphone R11 has a slim metal body that measures 7.6 mm in thickness. Currently there is no confirmation on when it will be releasing in markets outside of China. It can be purchased from OppoShop with a pricing of 2,999 Yuan ($440) and the Heat Red variant is priced at 3,199 Yuan ($470).

As Gizmo China had reported before, the OPPO R11 listing reveals that the phone will get the one year insurance for screen damage at 129 Yuan ($19). Consumers can avail six-month extended warranty at 79 Yuan ($12) and the one-year extended warranty can be availed for 129 Yuan ($19).
