The High Elves are quite a deceitful race, with diplomacy as their as their best weapon. They can trick other factions to battle against each other or make deals that are at a disadvantage of other races.

Simply put, the High Elves cannot be trusted and they are beasts on the battlefield despite their fancy attributes like their shiny hair and slim looks. "The High Elves are an elite force who, warrior-for-warrior, can outmatch almost any other race in the Warhammer World," the developer revealed.

Creative Assembly added that for long millennia of existence, this elite faction has honed fighting style and combat skills. It has a bunch of formidable cavalrymen, ruthless archers or unrivaled charioteers.

Similar to other factions in "Total War: Warhammer 2", the High Elves have a copule of different starting positions, determined by the leader the players will chose at the beginning of the campaign. The two leaders have their own set of abilities.

First, there is Tyrion, a warrior of no equal who is the defender of Ulthuan and its Everqueen. Then, there is his brother Teclis, who, despite his physical weakness, has a powerful magic.

The High Elves also shows strength in its cavalry, with flying beasts as notable ones in its roster. If players get to choose this faction, they can use six kinds of winged monsters such as dragons and eagles.

A compiled video of the High Elf roster reveal from Facebook livestream earlier this week is now up on YouTube and fans can watch it below. The 13-minute clip sums up the most relevant facts that players need to know about the High Elves in "Total War: Warhammer 2".
