The ad indicates that Bethesda Game Studios is in search for for an excellent Game Performance Manager who is based in Montreal but there are things that make fans curious about this job. The said position will require the candidate to become part of a creative team that is currently working on the development of some bleeding-edge AAA freemium game.

Among the responsibilities specified is to work with the team on monetization design, strategy and execution. In addition, the role also requires in-depth experience in defining and operating online game business models.

There are three key points that the NeoGaf user has took note of with regard to this latest piece of information. First, this job ad does not apparently concern their mobile games since all of the posts related to mobile games indicate it to be so.

Also, any player knows that a  mobile game is not described as an AAA project or title. Fans can recall that Bethesda confirmed earlier about two big games in development and a mobile video game. So, it is clear that this AAA project, which many hope to be "The Elder Scrolls 6", is one of the two huge titles that are currently in development. 

Third is that the job ad is that of Bethesda Game Studios, the game developer of "Elder Scrolls" and "Fallout" franchises. It is not Bethesda Softworks', which is the game publisher.

This new clue leads the many to believe even more so that this AAA title could possibly "The Elder Scrolls 6". However, what looks to be sketchy here is it has also mentioned it to be a freemium game.
