"Batman: Arkham Insurgency" will be seeing some exciting key gameplay changes, storyline, heroes and villains according to the latest leaks and speculations circulating online. Batman could be facing his fiercest foe in Gotham City and will reveal the Court of Owls. 

While game developer Rocksteady Studios have yet to receive official gameplay details on the release of "Batman: Arkham Insurgency", a slew of leaks and rumors suggest what to expect from the next entry to the series including the potential storyline, key combat changes and possible characters.

Owlman as Batman's Fiercest Villain

Fans might see Batman face Owlman as the baddest villain in Gotham City, as per the new leaks on the next title's storyline. But Batman will not be alone in fighting crime as he finds a strong ally in Robin.

"Batman: Arkham Insurgency" will reportedly feature a new playable mode for Robin. It remains unknown still how Robin will be different from Batman in the game.

Combat Changes

Also, the two heroes will topple criminals with limited weapons available. Players will not likely see some high tech combat or the batmobile, planes and advanced armors to use.

With that said, gamers will be able to experience basic combat in playing the game. The heroes and villains will clash in a pretty engaging environment within the bounds of Batman's beloved city, Gotham.   

Storyline

Since the combat is expected to be using the basic style, the storyline will possibly be a prequel. In the new game, players will be going back in the past times, Whatculture noted.  The plot will dive deeper into how Batman and Robin met that eventually made them a formidable crime busting team.

In addition to that, the "Batman: Arkham Insurgency" gameplay is set at the time when criminals invaded Gotham city. It will see the epic battle between the Dark Knight and Owlman as his deadliest enemy. It is also said that in this new installment, the Courts of Owls will also appear. 

There are also reports indicating that Bruce Wayne will don a classic Batsuit in "Batman: Arkham Insurgency". This is pretty much so knowing that this game will see the heroic billionaire in his earlier years as the Caped Crusader.
