New details for "Red Dead Redemption 2" will feature a possible Rockstar Editor and "Red Dead Redemption" mod in the "GTA 5" cancelled.

Several rumors are making rounds regarding the addition of the Rockstar Editor in "Red Dead Redemption 2" in the PC platform. "Red Dead Redemption" already garnered a massive fan base among gamers and has its share of fan videos. However, provided that "Red Dead Redemption 2" reaches a wider audience, and comes with an integrated video editor to boot, the number of content creators will increase, RDR2 reported.

Meanwhile, the upcoming "Red Dead Redemption" mod for "Grand Theft Auto 5" PC has been cancelled, as the mod team behind it was contacted by Take-Two Interactive telling them to stop the project.

The Mod team's representative Mr. Leisurewear posted the announcement on the GTA forums website, disappointing the PC modders who are looking forward to the "Red Dead Remption" map in "Grand Theft Auto 5."

It was last month that mod team announced the map dubbed "Red Dead Redemption V" will be in the works based on the Xbox 360 edition. A beta was planned to launch this summer and it would have been a single-player game only. The mod team was looking to the community to help with programming and scripting.

The team previously stated that the framework for the "Red Dead Redmption V" was already being worked and it has been the toughest process so far.

It has been reported that a new "Red Dead Redemption 2" game footage will be featured in the Xbox Scorpio. Microsoft will showcase the 4K resolution of the updated Xbox One console with several game titles such as "Forza Motorsport 7,"Star Wars Battlefront 2" and "Red Dead Redemption 2."

It remains unclear whether Microsoft will simply name drop "Red Dead Redemption 2" at the Xbox Scorpio event, or if Rockstar Games will use the highly publicized opportunity to reveal a new trailer to the gaming fans eager for any new information about the sequel.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" will be release on the Fall 2017 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles
