E3 2017 could come out big for Nintendo, with a possible official release of "Pokemon Stars" for the Nintendo Switch. Unlike previous E3 presentations, the Japanese gaming giant could make a huge bang at the event this year.

The launch of the Nintendo Switch has been a remarkable success, with more and more people wanting to buy the hybrid console. One the main reasons for this is the list of big Nintendo games that will be playable on the gaming console soon. The list includes the highly speculated "Pokemon Stars" and an exciting "Pokemon Sun and Moon" version designed for the Switch.

E3 has emerged as the preferred platform for major developers like Sony, Microsoft, Ubisoft, and the like to offer a first look at their fresh titles to gaming enthusiasts worldwide. Nintendo is expected to reveal a list of exciting games with "Pokemon Stars" as the star of the show, Digital Spy reported.

The game publisher could also showcase games like "Super Mario Odyssey," "Fire Emblem Warriors," and Bethesda's "The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim" for Nintendo Switch.

The speculations about a new Pokemon game for Switch are rooted in the sheer absence of a Pokemon title for Nintendo's latest gaming console. Many believe that it a game is being developed for release sooner rather than later.

Nintendo has hinted at this possibility and mentioned its plan to add a Pokemon game to the Nintendo Switch, The Sun noted. In 2016, a company insider revealed that a secret Pokemon project was under development with the code name "Pokemon Stars." There are rumors that the project is slated for release this holiday season.

E3 2017 is scheduled to take place on June 13-15 at Los Angeles Convention Center in California. So we could be just a couple of months more from a possible official revelation of "Pokemon Stars" at Nintendo's E3 presentation.
