"Final Fantasy XV" has been out for months now. For players who have just started their quest in the game, the following tips would come in very handy. Not only will this help to play FFXV better, it will also make the game much easier.

The Demo and Tutorial are very important

The best way to get a feel of Eos is to play the available demos like Duscae and Platinum and the combat tutorial that comes with "Final Fantasy XV." The latter has some pretty good information on combat elements that are really important like taking advantage of the techniques that Noctis and his team has, blocking, striking and warping.

Refill your Stamina with a simple hack

"Final Fantasy XV" will make you stay on your feet, which can be very tiring. If you want to refresh your stamina, there is a simple hack that you can do to instantly refill and sprint faster. Once the stamina bar only has a sliver left, quickly release the button and after a second, hold it down again. You sprint faster, and you get a full stamina bar. Easy.

Chocobo rides will take you to where cars cannot go

Chocobos are a good means of transport around "Final Fantasy XV." Sprinting very fast might look good, but Noctis' legs might fall off from doing so frequently. Where cars cannot go, Chocobos can go and trek it. These tame yellow birds are for rent and can also dash, glide, and swim.

Keep hunting those monsters

Action is the heart of "Final Fantasy XV." If you want to level up, you need to gain high XPs. The best way to do that is to keep hunting new monsters in the game every day. Bringing down the baddest and the biggest enemies in almost every location in FFXV is the surest way to up your XP and gain rewards. Not only that, hunting monsters and killing them also fattens your Gil pouch. You just have to sweat out a little.

Night outs are not advisable

The world of Eos can become scary when darkness falls. This is because powerful Daemons lurk in the dark, which is their most favorite time of the day to play. Iron Giants are no fun to fight especially when they keep spawning right out of the ground. So unless you have a really important quest to finish and not a death wish, better stay at camp or hotels.

Take a rest to level up

This might sound opposite of what you should do in an action-packed RPG, but "Final Fantasy XV" requires you to rest to level up. Hotels provide XP multipliers as much as three times but staying in one can eat up a lot of your Gil. Campsites make it possible for Ignis to cook for the team and get temporary status boosts. Better status boosts can be gained by more complex meals. The better option? You decide.

There's a time fight, but Wait Mode is even better

"Final Fantasy XV" has two new combat modes for beginners and veterans in the series: Active and Wait mode, which can be switched during a battle with the Start button. Wait mode slows down combat time and allows Noctis to stand still and scan the HPs and weaknesses of every enemy around him. Wait Mode is best when you are strategizing how to best kill off your enemies. Or you can just activate it if you need some breather from the horde of enemies you have to fight at the moment.

Some more tips to keep in mind

Foods in "Final Fantasy XV" are very important. As you have read earlier, food not only provides Noctis and his team with the dietary nutrients they need, it buffs character skills too. Also, if your gang has a tiny of bit of Stamina left, you can just keep jumping your way if a Chocobo is not available or running is impossible to do at the moment. Take care of Ignis as well because he is the team's healer, which makes him very important to the team.
