There is a new device that is perfect for couples in long distance relationships or probably for anyone who just loves to kiss, the Kissenger iPhone attachment allows you to send virtual kisses through your phone.

This accessory works just like a phone case that is connected to an audio jack. The virtual silicon lip contains "high precision force sensors" will receive the dynamic forces produced by user's lips when kissing. The measurement will be directed to the handset and then will be transmitted to the recipient's Kissenger. The case emulates the sensation of being kissed through the installed small actuators.

The makers of the "world's first mobile kiss messenger" said that it is perfect for couple, families, and fans. Lovotics elaborated that "kissing is a very important mode of human communication - in order to express many deep felt positive emotions such as affection, respect, greeting, farewell, good luck, romantic affection or sexual desire."

The company added that Kissenger enables human to human telekiss, human to robot kiss, and human to virtual character physical/virtual kiss. According to the company's official website, a set of the artificial lips is installed in a humanoid robot to allow human to robot kiss. Meanwhile, the human to virtual character feature also allows both human and characters to receive kisses from one another during gameplay.

However, since the latest iPhone has already chopped off its audio jack, Lovotics probably need to make an update of this prototype.

Lovotics was founded by Director Hooman Samani from the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technology Laboratory. Other products from the company include XOXO, a real-time kiss and hug transmitter and mini-surrogate which uses small robots replacing humans for telecommunications.

The price and release date of the Kissenger iPhone accessory has not been announced.
